Description

I am the chronicler of cherry blossoms in Wooster Square. Each year when they bloom, people break branches. The festival is run by neighbors and even meeting tonight about next year. There must be an ordinance of damaging property in a Historic District but have been unable to locate. We do tell people many ways but it still happens. Perhaps a fine & some signs stating such could be put at entrances or such? Thanks Bart Connors Szczarba
