This has been reported numerous times and each time, an inspection of the west bound left turn signal to California reveals no problem. There is an issue! Yesterday, I was the 3rd car in line to turn left. Half of my car turned under a yellow light and the two cars behind me (who had also been waiting to turn) turned on the yellow and maybe even a red light. When I start counting seconds on the green light, I get to three. During the day, the timing needs to be longer or set on a traffic detector device. This happens every time I turn at that light.
