I reside on elk street. There is a woman who has been urinating in the street, in plants in front of houses,and on the side of the armory various times throughout the day. She actually lives on the street at 175 elk street. Children live on this street. Numerous people have asked her to utilize her own facilities, but she ignores the fact that this is wrong. Hopefully someone (police) can stop her before a minor witnesses her.
