Please contact HR Block about the rules against posting signs on public property. I called 3 offices yesterday and they all acted ignorant about the posting of any signage. HR Block should know better considering the size of the company. They are not a small local or home based business that may not know the rules. Signs like these signs make our neighborhood look junkie. It would be nice if all city employees would be asked to remove at most 1-2 bandit signs per day if their duties involve patrolling the city.
