Description

The tenants let their 2 big dogs barking very early in the morning and late at night. This has been disturbing the whole community for weeks and several complaints have already been made to the Towergate HOA.
The HOA' President sent a letter to the owner regarding the constant noises violation coming from her tenant, but to this day, we are still enduring the barkings as early as 6am and as late at 12pm everyday.
