Did you report it to the police? For the purposes of statistics if not for finding the culprit and paying you for the tires.

Yes I did reported, can do much since there is no witnesses.

There may be video surveillance. Many downtown streets are under surveillance, can't hurt to check. Good luck.

p curry, you're right... I think there is a traffic cam on the corner. That's worth a try. The police should have thought of that, but most are lazy and it's not a high priority crime. They probably would see it, but then identifying them and tracking them down would take man hours to do.

If you can narrow down the time frame that the slashing occurred it will help. The NHPD can examine the footage from the date & times you believe the slashing occurred. Good luck.
