This building, with an operating business, is an embarrassment to the city. It contributes to Brockton's being named the ugliest city in Massachusetts: boarded up windows, trash in the loading areas, trash left by homeless individuals, trash around the dumpster continuously, peeling paint, and weeds. How is this allowed to remain this way, opposite one of the city's most important sites? There is a business' sign on the utility pole as well. Is this where better begins...or ends?
