Thank you for reporting your concern. We checked your residence on Friday 3/6 and Saturday 3/7 and did not see the recycling that you mentioned. We received a call from you at our office again this morning Mon 3/9 and dispatched the General Foreman to the address and again did not see the recycling. The foreman contacted you by phone and you said that you had brought it back in to your house. In order for us to better service you in the future, please leave your recycling curbside until it is picked up. If calling for a missed stop, please leave the items out so we can pick them up and resolve your issue in a timely manner.
