Description

During the day, the light works fine. At night the light will not turn green unless there are cars in multiple lanes on the southbound side. If there is one car stopped at the southbound red light, the northbound light will turn green even if no one is there. I have waited as long as 20 mins, most people just run the light. It has been this way for about 3 months, before that it used to work fine. Check it out after 7pm, 12 am is even worse.
