Deep Ice Ruts on Gloria road are making driving a hazard. The larger vehicles with 4 wheel can navigate the mess to some degree but it feels like off roading however, smaller vehicles can barley navigate it without getting stuck in a rut or bottoming out. The ice is 3 - 6 inches deep in the ruts attached is a picture of the Storm drain to help show depth of ice in areas other side streets are clear of ice. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible your help is greatly appreciated.
