Thank you for reaching out to the City, I have created a work order on your behalf to have the health department address this issue 318761.Please be advised that even though we may issue tickets, that by no means assures the resident will now shovel their sidewalk. Have A Great Day

This issue has been addressed. Please be advised that even though we may issue tickets, that by no means assures the resident will now shovel their sidewalk. Our Health department does keep track of all these issues and will be addressing them accordingly. Thank You
