Ongoing mowing happening in a No Disturbance Zone.
This property is contains critical wetland areas. As a result there is a No Disturbance Zone established to protect this wetland.
In the accompanying image, which came from BI Planning Dept., you can see the No Disturbance Zone indicated with horizontal lines.
The owner continues to mow in this area which is under SEPA conditions. The SEPA conditions were implemented through the Reasonable Use Process, RUE12899.
Please enforce this requirement.

This is true that it has been mowed down in the past years many times.
This was always against the SEPA conditions that the owner signed.
This needs to be enforced now.
The fact that he violated the SEPA conditions many times does not give him license to continue.
