Why aren't the code violations being acknowledged or updated.we don't know if they have been received on this app or not since it's been weeks since acknowledged or updated to a status. Do you prefer we phone into the office instead to make sure? please advise because they use to be acknowledged or updated. I have no problem calling it in if that's more effective lately.

Also talk with your neighbors first about the things bothering you maybe it will be fixed earlier rather than going on the app or calling.
If they don't listen then use the app or call about the issue.
That's what we do in our neighborhood and no code violations so far in 2 years.
