Thank you for forwarding this to Dept of Public Works; however, DPU was contacted about this sink hole 3 months ago on Dec 18, 2014 (issue #1408187) and a follow up phone call was made on Jan 5, 2015, about this issue, but there still has been no action taken by DPU to correct the problem.

The Department of Public Works is reporting that the alley gravel repairs was completed at this location as of 4-29-15.
