There are three huge potholes on trademark drive. Myself and another employee where I work hit them this morning and we BOTH need a NEW tire. Belts in both of our right front tires are busted and need to be replaced. They are in the southbound lane and crossing over to the other side of the road is impossible and dangerous when other traffic is coming. Is there any way we can reimbursed for having to buy a new tire each and possible rim damage. Martin Road and Trademark road are in serious disrepair and have been for a long time. These sections need to be fixed.

FYI, another commenter had damage to her tire and was contacted (via a different post) about how to submit a claim for damage. Here is what they said:
Thank you for contacting us. You will need to fill out and submit a claim form in order for the incident to be reviewed. There are several ways you can obtain a claim form: www.huntsvilleal.gov, one can be mailed to you, email, or you can come to the City Administration Building (6th floor) and pick one up. Once all information is filled out, the form must be signed and notarized and then submitted to the address listed on the form. After being reviewed, the Claim Representative will be in touch with you. Plese let me know if you would like a form mailed or emailed to you.
