We are residents living on Ensign Ave behind Highland Elementary school. We have gone to speak to the principal regarding this issue several times with no response. During pick up between 12:30 and 13:45 daily, several parents deliberately park in the middle of the street, blocking all traffic from moving, park in front of residents' driveways and even dump trash into residents driveways. There have been several instances of parents picking their kids up from this school, blocking the street and getting aggressive with residents who kindly asked them to move their cars out from the middle of the street. This is very unsafe not only for all of the children coming in and out of the school but in the case of an emergency in one of the residences on this street there would be a severe backup and emergency vehicles would not be able to gain access.
