Description

Water frequently drains into the roadway on the south side of Springfield Avenue, just below the intersection with St. Martin, from the properties on either side of the road. In cold weather this creates a dangerous patch of ice just at the spot where cars are braking to obey the four-way stop. Under non-freezing conditions, this part of the roadway is very frequently wet.
