Description

Our streets were recently resurfaced. I’m sorry to say but the job of the company you had do this is very poor. The street is rough with lots of excess rock and stone. This is for the entire estate Doral Way, Bonita Verde, Desert Inn, Bermuda Dunes, Troon, and Yerba Ln. we are also seeing black tracks from the road on to our driveways. Minimally we need a street sweeper. Maximally we would like to see it smooth and proper. Thank you

This neighbor is so correct in his observations. The work is sloppy and since it probably won’t get done again for 20-30 years, let’s get it right. I spoke to the inspector who concurred it was of poor quality.

Yes! There is unevenness and literally chunks of rocks asphalted into the street. It is painful to walk on if you're wearing thin shoes (we don't have sidewalks). They never rolled the street. The old street was much better than the "new & improved" street.. This was a terrible job and the company should be held accountable!

All streets were poorly done with very uneven surfaces. Edges are rough and unfinished. Main roads are filled with random track lines and rough spots with loose rocks. Never seen a newly finished road look so bad.

Have multiple photos is asphalt unfinished in Yerba culdesac and tire marks already chunking out street due to poor quality
