Address: 2883 Winter Rose Ct. Immediately in front of the storm sewer at this address, which leads to the detention pond only 15 feet away, the street pavement is crumbling. The plat shows that this is just above a major convergence of subterranean storm sewer lines, which makes this even more worrisome.
