Description

Issue # 1 commercial garbage can in public right of way. Previously reported, nothing done. Issue # 2 Can is placed too close to entrance of the alley. Vehicle turning into ally from southbound N Robinson have swing into northbound N Robinson to make the turn into the alley.

There is a a nearby parking lot where this dumpster could be placed. It is just across the alley in the B of A parking lot. They have an unused parking space due to a utility pole where this dumpster could be place. I have tried suggesting that to the owner and he say he doesn't understand English. This is clearly a violation of the City Code Public Right of Way code. Please fix this problem.
