Description
In back of 2614 Eastlawn st. and going west there is an issue with backyard flooding caused by the city when they installed the sewer line through the East side between Crehore and eastlawn. When it rains in the fall and spring, it floods and never dries up breeding mosquitos. It gets worse every year.

I'm not an engineer but one way the problem can be eliminated is by locating the lowest point which is right behind 2614 Eastlawn and putting a drain in. There already is a sewer line below which was put in years ago through the east side. It has settled and that's why it floods. Dig a hole down to the sewer line and connect a stand pipe with a sewer drain cap. And Wa- la, problem fixed.
P.S. I'll even help you !!!!
