The flooding problem has not been addressed. Now when the snows come and rain follows in the spring, it will flood and work its way into my yard getting close to the house. What's the sense of having this complaint site when nothing gets done from it ?

Still waiting. The rain we just had from the effects of Sandy flooded the area and did not drain out. Winter will be here than the spring rains and the process will keep repeating itself. You have your money from the passed levy, now show something for it.

Well, it's spring again. Nothing was done to alleviate the flooding. Really disapointed with our city government. Just ask me and I can show you how to do it. A very simple job.

I'm not an engineer but one way the problem can be eliminated is by locating the lowest point which is right behind 2614 Eastlawn and putting a drain in. There already is a sewer line below which was put in years ago through the east side. It has settled and that's why it floods. Dig a hole down to the sewer line and connect a stand pipe with a sewer drain cap. And Wa- la, problem fixed.

I only have one thing to say. I gave up a long time ago on the city of Lorain and it's government. All talk and no action. All I read is See, Click and Fix. After all this time it should have read See, Click, Fix and finished.

Why hasn't this issue been addressed.? Come to my residence and I 'll take you on a tour and show you what the problem is. This year its been the worse. And wear your high boots.

Now is a good time to check this flooding problem that the city caused for me when they put in the sewer pipe years ago. It's in back of 2614 Eastlawn. Between Crehore and Eastlawn.

Its been 5 years since I reported the flooding and nothing has ever been done. Should I fill it in with dirt and send you the bill ?

I have lost all faith in this city government. I reported this years ago and it is getting worse each year. But yet you still send me these worthless e mails thanking me for reporting the flooding. Either take care of this situation or Ill go to the next step. You're not going to like it.
