2/3 of the warehouse has already been sold and converted into living space. Everyone I've ever talked to in the area of Susquehanna and Coral see the warehouse as a major problem in the neighborhood. It is not only an annoyance but a threat to public health. There are often as many as 6 trucks lining their parking lot and the streets idling, sometimes all night long. In the summer time that exhaust is going right into our windows, including the windows the many children living in this corridor. Repeated reporting of this has done nothing.

I would say an empty warehouse is 100 times better than this
