Description

Plowing on upper Pope Street (above Summer) has been practically non existant. The road is like riding a cattle trail with hills, valleys and no visible pavement. 270 Pope has thier car parked on the sidewalk facing the wrong way (one way street) as well. Pope Street blow Summer has been well taken care of due to Parker school, upper Pope has been ignored. Please do something!
