Durham buses, on their property and parked illegally on the street, are causing air quality issues for Tioga Pipe Supply Company. Tioga Pipe is located at 2450 Wheatsheaf Lane Philadelphia, PA 19137-1098. Durham buses are idling so much that the fumes from the buses are going into Tioga Pipe's facilities causing workers to experiences negative health effects and decreased work productivity. This has been an ongoing issue for some time, particularlry in the colder months.
