TWO big Town owned Trees in front of house - Roots broke through our sewer main and backed up into basement. Both trees are rotting and big branches keep snapping off and hitting our phone and power lines. Needs to be removed asap

Should I send the next emergency drain bill directly to the DPW or the Town Clerk’s office the next time my basement floods?
