Description

The street light pole was replaced within the last year. I rent my house and I noticed it, the home was built in 2005. My concrete slab is cracked next to the pole. It appears a truck or machine that inserted the pole cracked the driveway slab. Please let me know where we need to go from here. Thank you. I have photo's just unable to upload them at this time.
