    The street light pole was replaced within the last year. I rent my house and I noticed it, the home was built in 2005. My concrete slab is cracked next to the pole. It appears a truck or machine that inserted the pole cracked the driveway slab. Please let me know where we need to go from here. Thank you. I have photo's just unable to upload them at this time.     I have water seeping under the foundation of my house. I have a crawl space and the insulation is damp, the sand is wet and there are signs of mold. It has been that way since I bought the home just couldn't figure out where the water was coming from. I put a dye marker in a drain that is connected to the right side of Dutch Street culvert and it came out in my back yard it seeps under my foundation of my house and comes out of the ground like a natural spring in my backyard each time it rains.
