The NEW lines in the road at the intersection of rodman and plymouth have faded and are confusing motorists. Not only are the NEW lines fading, the old ones are still there. Can someone tell me why that has happened? Why are the old lines still there? How did the NEW lines fade? How much money did this city pay those incompetent workers to do NOTHING!?!
