Description
The banda filarmonica santa cecilia on Almond st. Has not shoveled their entire sidewalk. They have only shoveled their doors. Also the building next to them at the intersection of Almond and Division st. Has not been shoveled at all this year. As well as icy sidewalks throughout the entire street.

At the corner of Almond & Bradford Ave., ON Almond. There are RATS in that building (Moniz), I suspect this is from that specific female 'Rat'.
She lives there, on the bottom floor, and has shown traits of a "shoveling" addiction...BE aware, she shovels with aggression, :) ;) ha ha, she is a shoveling.....genius! Very smart at shoveling...VERY~
She can shovel her way around {you} in a micro-second...BE-ware----beware, ;)~~~

I do it EVERYDAY. I walk this neighborhood EVERYDAY. I have no problem. Not 1.
Every vehicle that has been "near" me, has let me pass...I have never heard of a incident, YET.
The snow removal is very expensive...if you have a 'personal' racial problem with the Portuguese...well, that is a poor perception of my heritage. layta

This neighborhood is fairly good as clearing their sidewalks - the people who clear their sidewalks generally do a good job, unfortunately since it's a hilly area, sometimes ice forms again due to melting snow runoff.
HOWEVER, the Philharmonic Band building mentioned has not cleared any snow past their own doorway from the driveway/parking lot side at ALL this year. Nor has the also mentioned Moniz building - they've left a huge swath of unshoveled snow on Almond St from their front door to the end of their property. Additionally, there's a restaurant/apartment building at the corner that never shovels either. So from St. Cecilia's to Division St., there has been NO snow removal at ALL.
I *do* walk this street, quite often, with my children (one who's still stroller-aged). To tell anyone to walk in the street because OTHER people are too lazy to follow the rules is absurd. With all the snow, there's barely enough room for the cars to drive by - my kids should not have to be walking in the street because various people didn't feel like finishing shoveling their property like the rest of us.
Don't even get me started on South Main Street...
