    The Bouy Horn on the Taunton River, just out beyond the Braga Bridge is a disturbance of the PEACE!
    This is NOT the Panama Canal, there is no need for a "sounding horn" EVERY 8 seconds...I live on Bradford Ave...It is annoying, I cannot IMAGINE what the Condo owners on the River must hear...This horn was quiet ALL summer 13' after i contacted the Mayors Office, now it is BACK, "strong"...8 sec intervals...If you people down on the River put up with this, well then...your spine-less.

    Most (if not ALL) people have cell phones. WHY do others Honk their horns for someone, disturbing and waking up, or just plain annoying the rest of us, it's summer, the windows are open...CALL THE @#$%ing person, jeez.
