Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard.

The Code Officer left a notice for one can in the area, there was not an accumulation of trash anywhere to be seen. Bulk piles aren’t an accumulation nor are they in violation on Mon/Tue for this area, Will continue to monitor for code violations.
