This is a great community venue but even better, why not contact the right authority who can act on it...give them a chance. Contact TxDOT directly....same with all these issues. I see a number of complaints but shouldn't we as responsible citizens make a reasonable attempt to research and contact the right jurisdictions....many of them have either customer service contacts on line or by phone. Directly is faster and better.
