Work Order Completed in Infor by 123826 on 2015-02-25T07:48:45.000-06:00 with comments - SIGNAL MALFUNCTION IDENTIFIED AT INTERSECTION ON LAMAR AND FANNIN WHICH DISTRIBUTES SIGNAL COMMUNICATIONS TO NORTH EAST QUADRANT IN CBD AREA. MALFUNCTION RESULTED IN CONGESTED CONDITIONS DUE TO INCORRECT TIMING PLAN OPERATING. REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND NORMAL OPERATION RESTORED.
