Description

The metal plates to enable vehicles to cross the railroad tracks on the southbound side of Rte. 52 in Chadds Ford are severely distorted and are a serious hazard to vehicles. Vehicles will suddenly reduce speed and/or swerve to avoid the hazard creating an additional potential driving safety issue for other road users. Needs immediate attention.
