Description

Hydrilla has completely blanketed an opening is and our neighbors paid thousands to open up (with permit) and severely hindering water flow causing stagnation, odor, and algae. Please treat to remove. It is also at a public storm drain and catches silt that would otherwise flow father into the lake during storms.
