Trash dumpster have no trash bins cover to prevent trash from flying out. Due to this trash has been scattered all across the street, curb, grass, and retention pond. Looks very dirty, drains are being covered, and illegal dumping is taking place. The back of the shopping center has gates that can be locked but are not and cameras obviously don't work cause couches and tires are dumped. This trash then goes into the street.
