My issue was closed but nothing was done. Before the water in my driveway turned into rutted frozen slush I chopped the drain open and attempted to chop a channel. Too much ice too thick so I literally had to bale out the water. About 11-12 meters to the drain. Water extended about 4 meters into my driveway full width at about 2`` deep at the curb - sort of a moat between the street and my driveway.
Would appreciate it if the ice could be cleared when it warms later this week please.

A supervisor did go out and look in your area. The supervisor noted that the ice buildup in this area was significant but some melting will have to occur before putting equipment in to do some scraping. When it gets warmer again this area will be addressed.
