Description

Pedestrian walk signal/button on the NE side of 55th Street at Telegraph is malfunctioning. If the button is pushed to cross Telegraph the audible crossing sound does come on, but the pedestrian signal goes from a red hand straight to a flashing red hand, with no white walk signal ever appearing on the NW side of the street.
