Again vehicles are blocking on lane of Mcdawell Street. This was originally posted four weeks ago and there has been no change.

It's Sunday. There's an unwritten rule that "no parking" signs don't apply in the area of churches on Sundays. It's been that way longer than either of us have likely been alive.

You are correct that is Sunday. However the rest of your statement is wrong. You are thinking of secondary streets not state Highways. In fact, late last years all the churches were informed that they could not park on Mcdawell st because it's a state Road.
