Description

Sidewalk on Sycamore Street adjacent to property of National Grid and a vacant lot that is for sale has not been shoveled at all going back to the February storm. A corporate property owner like National Grid that has trucks and crews all over the city should have the wherewithal to maintain its property according to city code or be ticketed and fined like anyone else.
