Work Order Completed in Infor by 129780 on 2015-03-09T08:01:38.000-05:00 with comments - Because Austin is not a major thru street (it dead ends at Commerce in the north and Holman to the south) it is not progressed very well. When the new downtown timing was put in place due to spacing it was not possible to make every street progress without stops, therefore Caroline and Austin have stops to allow major north/south streets to be progressed with minimal stops. A better route to take would be to travel north on one of the following streets; San Jacinto, Louisiana, and Travis.
