Damaged fence = increased theft! The downed fence along Raleigh Boulevard has made it too easy for people to access our yards. Another major theft happened yesterday- the criminal seems to have climbed up the hill in my backyard to my nextdoor neighbors yard. Left with several hundreds of dollars worth of lawn equipment, dropped items behind our fences on the assumed trail from Raleigh Blvd. They are not getting caught on our doorbell camerasbecause they are entering and exiting from the backyard, from Raleigh Blvd. Make it stop, city of Raleigh! Repair the fence! Cops have been out to visit the scene, multiple police reports have been filed.
