Constant flooding after rainstorm. Unsafe passage due to flooding. With recent road repairs it has been ignored. There is a sewer/ drainage area near by but ignored to connect canal for proper and immediate drainage of water.

Located on Twin Lakes and Hawser. Continue east on Hawser about 1/4 mile east from 4-way stop.
