Description

Litchfield Street and some other side-streets (eg Antwerp) and cross-streets (eg Ascot, Benson, Cygnet) are narrow under *normal* conditions (parking both sides, one travel lane total) and should be permanent one-ways. Now, especially but not exclusively due to all this snow, they can be nearly impossible to navigate as cars coming from both directions face off with nowhere to go. The city should make these streets temporary one-ways until the snow clears -- and even then, consider making them a network of permanent one-ways.
