Monday night I came home finding the street flooded starting from a location near a recent demolition. Tuesday evening a salt truck saturated about 6" of ice built up with salt. This will do nothing to fix the source of problem. Ice continues to build as temperatures remain low. Notice the notched spot on the left hand side of photo.
