Saying it's "closed" doesn't make it so. Nothing has happened and the street has been a wreck for years and it's been on one list or another for years.
It looks like they're just going to patch the problem like they did last time...grind it a little, seal it and throw down some more rock. That lasted a couple years last time...
On the other hand...even THAT still hasn't happened and it doesn't seem like it's going to happen any time soon.
