Description
Why is this still being allowed? It is dangerous for pedestrians and another blatant example of the city putting business revenue above its citizens safety. I have seen people in wheelchairs having to go into the street in order to get around this as it is no where near an ADA approved sidewalk while LB kitchen is open and seating people on the sidewalk. The patrons of this establishment are also allowed to park on the side of Smith street (which is marked as no parking by the city). LB kitchens profits are clearly more important to the city as it is noted that this same questions has already been asked and nothing has been done about it.
