Sharraxaadda

Not only do they leave loose garbage a few on the street in front of their house a few days before garbage pickup, but they leave garbage cans on the street after garbage pick up. The street looks unsightly and I don't appreciate looking at garbage in my neighborhood. Is there anything that can be done short of asking them - which I do not want to do. They do not appear cooperative.
