Description
The lights are not staying green for long enough for traffic exiting 403 eastbound resulting in a backup that has approached the main highway a couple of times over the last two weeks, between 7am and 8am. Lights are turning to red even when there are still 10-15 cars in the queue....a higher number than cars waiting at any other point in the intersection. This is a new issue over the last few weeks so not sure what changed. Thx.
